What part of that don't YOU understand. Same computer, Stuart's, with many
new components.

No it's not. NOWHERE IN THE OEM EULA DOES MS SPELL OUT WHEN A UPGRADED
COMPUTER BECOMES A DIFFERENT COMPUTER!
