First off you don't change FAT32 in the BIOS. I don't know where you got
that idea from. FAT is a file system and has nothing to do with your BIOS
settings.

Try partitioning the drive again by first deleting any partitions you find,
then create a new partition and do full format of NTFS not a Quick format.
Then let the install continue.
