And if you think reading, and following, all those convoluted instructions will prevent the problem(s) the OP expressed, you, sir, may need do do a LOT of reading!

You, and your ilk here, do a disservice to the readers when you try to impart the idea that sp2 problems are simply caused by inept users and that if they had only read, and followed, pages of instructions they wouldn't have problems. A disservice because that premise is simply NOT TRUE!
