Look-see if it has any files inside. If so, what are the dates on them. If any are recent you may want to determine what is changing/adding them. If not, and you are sure you have no Symantec products - Delete it!

I am running XP Home. I found a folder in my Program Files called Symantec
which contains "Live Update". I do not have any Symantec products. Could
this be something related with Windows Update or can I safely uninstall
"Live Update"?
