You should have a small toolbar message that sits just below
the regular tool bar or in the preview pane of the email in
Outlook Express that offers you the option of allowing a
site or an email to show the pictures. The buttons are
pictures and they have links back to Hotmail, so the new
security/privacy settings are blocking the pictures because
[hold onto your hat] the server would "know" you had looked
at the email by tracking the picture request HTML.
It will saw click here to download pictures in OE. In IE
you can allow the site to always download pictures.
