Lost XP PRO DISK?

I have an activated copy of Windows XP PRO that wont boot
my service pack 2 install went bad and when I restarted
it would not load windows now it just restarts the bios
screen over and over, I cant even load it in Safe MODE, I
cannot find the disk, is there a number I can call to get
a replacement disk since I registered it and activated
it. I dont want to have to buy a new full version copy.
Shouldnt Microsoft be responsible for the faulty download
of SP2.
