The message you see is in the News window that appears before Windows Update
analysis runs, hence everyone sees that message about SP2 being available.
As for the history window, I see it listed in my history and I downloaded
the file in the same manner as you. Perhaps you simply have not yet run the
Windows Update Analysis since loading SP2?
