WJView file missing!

Help! I have just started getting an error message when
starting windows XP. It is titled 'WJView Error' and
reads 'ERROR:Could not execute main:The system cannot
find the file specified'

I have the same problem on my older desktop running
Windows 98.

How do I solve!!!
