The attachment is not being 'inserted' into the message.
The attachment is being 'displayed' at the bottom of the message.
There is a way to stop the display of the picture, but this will also stop
the reading of HTML messages as plain text.
The size of the email is not being increased.
The reason the picture is humungous is because the resolution of the picture
is high.
Outlook Express displays each pixel of the picture.
Reduce the size or resolution of the picture.
If you zip the jpeg, it will not be displayed.
