Suddenly having startup issues.

I'm suddenly having problems starting up my computer. It either gets
stuck on the welcome screen right after typing in my password, or it
will freeze as the desktop loads.

in my event viewer i get the following message:
The following boot-start driver(s) failded to load:
BANTExt
Fips
P3

I can start the computer in safe mode, thus this email.

Anyone have any ideas?
