SP2 replaces SP1 in its entirety, therefore you should
only install SP2.
You may wish to create a slipstreamed version of
Windows XP with SP2. Then SP2 is automatically
installed during installation.
Either one of the following utilities makes slipstreaming
(integrating) SP2 into Windows XP a breeze:
