To stop the malware from running, on your desktop click Start>Run. In Run
type 'msconfig' [ignoring quote marks]Click to open the Window and you will
see progrms that are running on your machine. Uncheck any program that
appears to have any words or numbers that look like any part of the names you
haave mentioned. Then reboot. This should stop the program or programs from
running.

To find the files you need to then delete, in the URL section at the top of
your search engine, type in the full path offered to you by Zone Alarm. Even
if you cannot see Application Data now, if you type the address as far as and
including Application Data and then click Go, you will thn see Appliction
Data. Then type in the rest of the address until you find the folder
containing the bad files. You should then be able to delete them. I bet they
are in Temp or Temporary Internet Files. If you use the Clean Up facility in
Windows XP, you cann dump the whole of Temporary Internet Files.

Then run another scan. Your malware should have disappeared.

A word of caution. I am not an expert. But the same thing happened to me a
few days ago, and that is more or less what I did, and the bad guys
disappeared.
