How do I get rid of a hidden Virus?

Zone Alarm Security Suite found viruses they could not get to and could not
treat. They were located:'C:Documents and Settings\F. Earl Woods\Application
Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\classload.jar-3726c1cc-6b7f4ada.zip'.
The 3 viruses are named: 'Java ByteverA. I cannot find that file as I cannot
find "Application Data " in the string above. I ran Trend HouseCall and they
found the same 3 viruses in the same location. I tried to delete the file
but could not as it was it use; somewhere? Any advice will be appreciated.
