Not much information to go on. What kind of computer do you have?
Some machines have a hidden partition which contains the installation
files for XP. Usually, there will be a message displayed on the
screen during boot to press a certain key to enter recovery.

Note however! If you run recovery, it will probably format your drive
and reinstall XP as it was when you received the machine. In other
words all your data will be lost! Be sure to make a backup of all
your documents, E-Mail, and whatever else you wish to keep. Copy them
to CDs or Zip disks, etc.
