I have a laptop with a 19" CRT attached and used as the
primary monitor. The LCD on the laptop is not used. If
the CRT should fail, or I take the laptop on the road
forgetting to change display settings, how can I regain
the display on the laptop? I have checked display
settings in safe mode and the option to change monitors
is not available.
