Hi Maggie,

Are you using an Upgrade disk? If so, then you must have a pre-existing
installation of Access or a CD of a qualifying earlier version in order to
install with it. An upgrade CD requires that you already own a copy of the
qualifying product. If your current copy of Office does not include Access
(and I do not believe that the standard edition does), then you cannot add
it using an upgrade CD.
