Yes, there are still viruses, and this is why you are still unable to open
it. At a guess, you are trying to clean yourself in normal mode, this will
not work since the bugs are active and preventing you from removing them.
Download stinger from http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ and then restart in
Safe mode by hitting F8 at boot. Run stinger in Safe mode after logging on
as administrator. This will minimize interference from the bugs currently
infecting the system, as most will not load in Safe mode.
