hi, and thanks again. i've just run the adware detection and it found nothing
suspicious i guess. it is the notification area i'm talking about. the icons
there come out in such random order but they used to come up in a more
predictable, consistent order. another user (georgia on this thread)
experiences the same annoyance/nuisance. the power and volume icons in the
notification area ALWAYS came out in the same order before. now they appear
anywhere after restarting.
