wow! Thanks for all the feedback

scanned for spyware - yes in the last few days
spybot - installed and running
ad-aware - installed and scanned weekly
defrag hd - this past weekend
virus scan - norton 2003
computer patches - Alienware...no patches available
    to sp2
I have the google toolbar installed but as soon as the
    update completes I turn it off
add/remove programs - nothing odd in there
