Hello Airton,
since i'm facing the same problem, i would like to
explain the following:
all my files (office files, pictures, music, videos...)
have been deleted from the desktop although the folder
remains intact. i tried antivirus, searching for the
files and logging using another account but it didn't
work. the files are still missing. i know the files are
not deleted because my harddrive has the same usage space
as before. i have large files on my desktop and i would
have noticed if they were erased. they are here somewhere
but i don't know where.
