Mike if the system is having problems then more than likely SP2 won't
fix it. It might even get worse. That's true of any update, unless the
update is specifically targeted at fixing a problem you have. You need
to make sure your system is running fast and well, no problems with no
spyware / viruses / malware at all before updating
