Please answer me as soon as you can

Hi,

I have the following problem with my pc since last week ,what ever I did
like uninstalling the firewall and anti virus and I couldn't fixed it.

I have win xp sp2-p4-1.6GHZ-512MB RAM

Problems:
1- computer is getting freeze for 10 seconds every 30 second then working
normally with good speed then is getting freez again and so on.
2- hard drive led is always on but I can't hear any reading or writing.
3- cd rom is not coming out although there is no cd on it
4- I can't see the content of my files and drives on explorer

I checked the hard drive with hard drive checking utility,every thing is
fine.
I did check to see if I have any kind of virus ,every things is okay.

Please help me to fix this problem.
