It's impossible to say because you haven't given enough info. Any one
hotfix can cause a problem. The thing to do is add them one or just a
few at a time. If there are problems after that then you have it
isolated to just a few. Then either remove using add/remove if there is
an entry for it or use the system restore function to go back to just
before you did the update. With all that you have done it's probably
impossible at this stage to figure out where it went wrong. Also
understand that 3rd party apps can cause problems, especially AV and
security suites like Norton. They should be turned off when doing
updates and as many programs as you can should be stopped and their
process ended in task manager.
