Auto shutdown when locked computer

I've searched but I can't find a solution to scheduling xp pro to shutdown
when the computer is locked! I know shutdown.exe but it doesn't have this
option I think!

Would I be better to hve my server running windows 2000 server shutdown the
xp machine remotely?
