It could be that the message isn't referring to the drive, but the temporary
folder where installers decompress the package. Check the "default"
temp location C:\Windows\Temp for content. Best to reboot the PC &
then Delete everything in that folder. You'll also have a Temp folder in
your profile under Local Settings. A Chkdsk wouldn't hurt as it will verify
Free Space if invoked with the repair qualifiers R or F.
