I still think what I said is correct to a point. The Article is referring to
a User Account with a blank password, which is not the same as a User
Account with no password. I have two Scheduled Tasks which run with no
password and another which does not run because of a Blank Password. This is
a standalone computer with Windows XP Home Edition. No User Accounts were
created on installing Windows XP.
