PnP Enumerator / CD / Sound all stopped working!

Hi,

Yesterday my CDROM, Soundcard, and PnP Enumerator all
stopped working. They now have a yellow exclamation mark
beside them stating error code 39. I have tried
uninstalling/reinstalling. The CD & Sound redetect no
problems but after the drivers are installed once again
error 39 appears (driver missing or corrupted). I have
also tried removing the upperfilters/lowerfilters from
the CD but was no help. If anyone has any suggestions
I'd greatly appreciate it!
