Hotmail relies heavily on cookies. Have you blocked cookies? Are your security settings
correct? If you just started to have the problem, have you tried using System Restore,
and selecting a Restore Point from the day before the problem started? (Start button/All
Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore, Restore My Computer to an Earlier Time)
