I recently had to purchase a new PC from PC world
business.

On my old PC with my email open, when a message arrived I
would get what I can only describe as a loud whoosh and a
box would appear on screen "you have a message" and would
display who it was from.

With the installation of the new PC that does not now
occur. I have been on to BT about and they advise me they
do not support this facility and suggest that I contact
you to help solve this problem.

I'm not sure I have come through to the correct centre
and if I haven't I apologise and ask that you advise me
where to try next.

In anticipation
Regards
Bob Byrnes
