Hi Ellen,
That might be the culprit. Those spyware writers are
getting better at adding the programs to about anything on
any web sites lately. But also beware, both are good
programs, you still might want to try a third one as well
to see if it missed anything the other two didn`t catch.
With Spybot, you will probly find DSO Exploit, after the
first time its removed, it still comes back, I hear its a
bug with spybot. Even though I had to pay for it,
PestPatrol is pretty good. I like the GuardBar, I use
that instead of the pop-up stopper that comes with XP2. I
hope your system gets better. If you have Nortons
systemworks or just nortons Win Doctor, give that a try as
well.
