multiple problems after sp2 install; my system is now
completely down; during recovey attemp using recovery
disk, an error message display: disk access; sense
operation failed; I e mailed sony and thye can only say
to bring in my notebook for service $275.00 flat fee..
anyone has any other bright ideas? tahnk you
