Additional licenses are only available for retail and multiple license
versions. OEM versions must be acquired as a complete package
(license plus CD) and you must also purchase some piece of computer
hardware as part of the same purchase.
If you need a license for a second computer, one that already has a
licensed version of Windows installed, then your best bet is to
purchase a Retail Upgrade version from one of the discount chains.
Their prices are generally lower than the price charged by Microsoft
for additional licenses.
