Without more information, it will be difficult to diagnose this problem?
Since you were apparently forced to use System Restore, it will be
impossible to determine exactly what the problem is or was?
By "login" do you mean to your User Account or login using your internet
connection?
If it's to your User Account, I personally haven't seen anyone here with
this particular problem. As far as being advised when a particular problem
is fixed, you will just need to keep an eye on the Windows Update website
for new Hotfix updates that address an issue or on the MSKB for articles
that may address the problem.
