As for McAfee Stinger, Stinger is NOT an investigative tool and specifically targets ~45
Trojans and worms (mostly worms) and Stinger does NOT target "Downloader.small.6.1" so
providing Stinger is a mistake (and it is NOT an online tool as you indicated)

In addition, you should direct people to the News Groups that specialize on infectors...
