Hi,

You are infected with a virus, possibly Klez. Several are known to cause
this behavior. Download stinger from http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/, then
reboot into Safe mode by hitting F8 at startup. Logon as administrator and
run the stinger file, it should be able to remove the bugs as they are not
active in Safe mode.
