In NortonAV, 'supervisor' gives the user permission to
set all options. In other words 'administrator' of NAV.
If this came bundled with Norton Internet Security, you
can check the settings in user accounts. I'm not sure
where to change this if NAV is stand alone (probably
similar).
You may want to search symantec's knowledge base:
http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/
Or search Norton's help and support for supervisor, since
windows doesn't recognize this terminology.
