Limited User Restrictions

Can you tell me if the ability exists to restrict a Limited User to specific
times of the day for network access? I want to restrict my children from
internet/web account access (or logon/logoff restrictions) after midnight and
before 9AM. Hardware (modem, I have dialup) or software will work for me.
