I have errased all hpz and hpf files and started the spool. Now when I try to download a new driver from HP it tells me that it was installed but no printer image comes up on control panel and now it tells me that C:Windows\System32\spool\w32x86\31hpztbu04.exe short cut can not be loaded because of this erro.
