Can't log on

Was having trouble with search engines taking over my
computer. Downloaded "Pest Patrol", and deleted all
files it quarantined. Now I cannot log on, at the log on
screen after I enter the password, it cyles to "Log off"
in a few seconds. Can't bypass this in safe mode, or
debugger, etc. What now?
