Sysinfo opens help and support center?

For some reason when I try to open the sysinfo tool on my
laptop from the start menu, it launches the Help and
Support Center. I have also tried using start, run and
then typing in msinfo32.exe, but it does the same thing.
I'm running XP Pro SP1a with all updates except sp2. It
doesn't happen on other XP machines. Why would it do
this? Thanks in advance.
