I get a message daily from automatic update to install the update for the
BITS 2 + htttp something.

This update does not seem to want to install.

I get a dialog saying, not installed, restart the computer.

I have tried also to install it from the update site, but get the same
problem.

Any ideas?

Windows XP Pro SP1, Norton Internet Security 2004 is loaded could that be
causing the problem?
