Not too easily with MSDOS and XP.

It is never repeat never advisable to have two operating systems
installed in the same partition.

MSDOS must be installed on a FAT16 partition, which means a maximum
partition size of 2 gb. It cannot be booted from a FAT32 or NTFS
partition, and it cannot access those types of partitions under any
circumstances.

It may be technically possible to install Windows XP on a 2 gb FAT16
drive but I have never heard of it being done and I would sure hate to
have to do it. And you would certainly have to partition the hard
drive so as to make the rest of the space accessible to Windows XP.

I suggest that you get a third party boot manager and partitioning
program such as BootItNG from www.bootitng.com and use it to set up
your hard drive with a small FAT16 partition for MSDOS work, the rest
of the drive as FAT32 or NTFS partition(s) for Windows XP, and use
BootItNG as the boot manager to select the desired operating system at
startup.

Good luck
