I don’t think I would buy a PC without at least a TANGIBLE RECOVERY
DISK!!

As I make most my PC’s (I bought a DELL LAPTOP), I always have a copy
of XP for each unit. My dell came with a purple recovery disk.

I’ve had too many problems with accessing HDrives to be satisfied with
a "partition" with recovery software.

I wonder how MS assigns a serial number if they never give you any
disks, this forces you to call and get tech support.

Interesting information though.
