Hi

First I would try to download the file once again if possible and see if the
new file shows the same behaviour upon extracting.
I use WinRAR (Shareware) for all common compressed files, which provides a
simple repair feature: you only have to click repair and define the file to
repair. In the end you get a new file and a log script with information on
the restored and corrupted content.
However, when the file is corrupt, then the repaired file most probably
won't be complete either.

So in any case I highly recommend to inform the vendor to check the provided
file on their side.

I hope this post will be of any help
