Xp will not let me delete primary Partiton for clean installation

Thane of Lochaber suggested to use a Windows 98 Boot
Floppy and use the fdisk command. You should consider it.
For the floppy, visit www.bootdisk.com (if you need to).
I will assume that you know how to do it, because you
