I installed the XP SP2 update. Windows did not recognize my virus and
firewall program. It is System Suite which uses Trend virus detection. I
followed all the instructions and turned off the Windows firewall. I use a
cable connection to the internet and I could no longer get online no matter
what I did. I finally did a system restore and everything now works. What
went wrong and how should it be fixed if I want to install the update again?
Also, where do I find the upgrade on my computer or do I have to download it
again?
