The 845g chipset drivers do NOT contain graphics drivers. At least the
865PE chipset drivers don't... I installed them yesterday. They contain PCI
to USB bridge and USB Controller drivers etc. Thankfully not a graphics
driver in sight since I do NOT have Intel integrated graphics on my
motherboard! I would been VERY angry of it had tried to install Intel
graphics when I have an nVidia FX graphics card.
She specifically says she wants graphics drivers. They are in a different
section of the Intel website:
http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df/support_intel.asp?iid=HPAGE+header_support_download&#
Eighth line down on the left hand side of the screen, you'll see the line
Graphics. THIS is what she needs. NOT motherboard chipset drivers.
