I have WinXP Pro with all the updates up till yesterday
08/19/04 did a shutdown to start a fresh bbot up and now
it reboots in the middle of the reboot never gets past the
WinXP Logo screen, I used F8 to try in safe made same
result, I tried F8 to boot in Command Prompt mode and it
gets to the same spot and reboots each time, shows it's
loading " iomdisk.sys " thats the point where it does the
loop back into another reboot, Tried to do F8 and system
restore but it wont except my password, I would just
reformat and start over but I have one single directory
with several thousand photos I cant afford to be lost. I
tried to use an old boot disk and move them useing DOS but
can't because the hardrive is partioned and the DOS on my
Win98 boot disk only sees one of the partions not the main
partion with the OS and directories. Please help.
