Icon view in folders

I know in Win2000 there was a way to lock the view of icons (a registry
tweak) that let your icon be the picture that was in the file reperesneted by
the icon. But I've forgotten what it was and was wondering if you can do the
same in Win XP Pro. - Thanks. - Ken
