IE 5.0 & IE 6.0 on same machine OK?

I have an old Works suite that I like and I'd like to
load it on my new machine. The new machine already has
IE 6.0, but the old Works wants to go get IE 5.0.
Obviously, the old Works isn't seeing the newer IE.

I'm reluctant to have both IE 5.0 and 6.0 on one
machine. That just sounds like it's sure to cause LOTS
of problems down the road. My fantasy here is to let
Works go get IE 5.0, and then, afterwards, uninstall 5.0.

Can anybody help me with this? I'd be very pleased.
